The goal of this site is to serve as a connection between employers and a wide spectrum of employment ready job seekers and post secondary graduates. Members of the South Dakota Association of College Career Centers (SDACCC), formerly known as the South Dakota Career Planning and Placement Association (SDCPPA), include nearly all colleges, universities, and technical schools in South Dakota, the Employment Assistance Program at Ellsworth Air Force Base and South Dakota Department of Labor. South Dakota has a skilled and varied workforce. Job seekers include clients of the South Dakota Department of Labor and separating and retiring military personnel. In addition each year over 6000 students graduate from our member institutions with majors in everything from agriculture to zoology. A great majority of these graduates are from South Dakota or neighboring states and a majority of these graduates would like to remain in South Dakota or nearby.
